McAdoo Fitness Center
The McAdoo Fitness Center has a wide range of activities no matter where you are on your fitness journey! Utilize our state of the art equipment, enhance your workout with one of our available personal trainers, or join us for one of our exciting competitions or intramural programs! Plus, take advantage of our 1/8 mile elevated, indoor running track, racquetball courts, rock wall, family work out room, basketball courts, and more! Be sure to check out the calendar for our wide variety of monthly fitness classes and events. We hope to work out with you soon!
24/7 Fitness Center Access
The McAdoo Fitness Center is open 24/7 and unmanned outside of normal operating hours. All current authorized patrons defined by DAFI34-114, Fitness, Sports, and World Class Athlete Program, approved by the installation commander, and over 18 (Active Duty can be 17) may have access during unmanned hours. All users will read and abide by posted unmanned hour rules posted at front door. Active Duty please stop by and register your CAC. The McAdoo Fitness Center offers a wide variety of free group fitness and aerobics classes every month. Join one of our knowledgeable instructors in a movement, cycle, yoga, strength, or even a family class! Check out our calendar for a full schedule of free classes and instructors.

Keep an eye out for exciting events and competitions at the Fitness Center!
