Biggest Loser/Gainer – Initial Weigh in

January 6 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

This is a motivational challenge hosted at the McAdoo Fitness Center where anyone can show up and do an initial weigh-in. After weigh in participants will have until 23 June to lose fatty weight or gain muscle mass. The participants who achieve the highest gain/loss will receive a prize at the end.
