Use humor as a personal wellness strategy at our HEAL*arious Workshop on Friday, 19 January 2024 at the Jimmy Doolittle Center from 2PM – 3:30PM. Robin Phoenix Johnson, Lt Col (retired) and president of HEAL*ARIOUS, partners with Matt Brown, CEO of Chimney Trail Co. in this mental health workshop, using improv and stand-up comedy to entertain and engage audiences, while delivering research-based best practices. It provides participants with the tools to reframe their thinking and strengthen their overall psychological performance.
