Base Library
The Minot Air Force Base Library has a wide variety of services and activities for all ages! Our knowledgeable staff can help you find fiction and non-fiction books to suit any literary craving, DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks, electronic resources, professional reference services, programs, library orientations, computers, study and small meeting space, and more! Plus, don’t miss out on our many activities for all ages including craft and book clubs, story time for kids, seasonal activities, and reading programs! North Dakota Department of Transport Travel Information Map: This continuously updated map gives the most accurate and up-to-date information about driving conditions on North Dakota highways. Click on the highway of your choice (such as US 83 between Minot and the base) and a window containing additional information such as travel speeds with appear.
ND DOT Road Condition App: You can download the app version of the Travel Information Map here.
Minot AFB Public Affairs Facebook Page: The Public Affairs Facebook page is the best place on the Internet to go for Air Force highway and base road conditions and for reporting information. This information can also be obtained by calling the Base Storm Center at 701.723.1190.
