Print Shop

Email 5FSS.Marketing@us.af.mil with the details of what you’d like printed. If your project is already print-ready, please attach the file. For designwork, feel free to include any preferences such as fonts, colors, style, or inspiration so we can bring your vision to life.

Standard turn around time begins after you approve your price quote.

• 3-5 Business Days:

• 5-10 Business Days:
  Files requiring designwork
• Rush Jobs:
  While our main focus is promoting 5th Force Support Squadron MWR events and services, we do our best to help with fast-turnaround requests whenever we can. If you need a rush job, we offer a 20% rush option (up to $25), based on our current workload. Just reach out to us first so we can make sure we’re able to accommodate your request.

Check your email for a price quote. Once the payment has been processed, we will begin work on your print.

We accept card, cash, check, and FSS gift card at 583 Tanker Trail, on the southeast side of the Arts & Crafts building.

Watch for our quality check email for a final review before printing.

To prevent waste of material, this step allows you to preview your document and catch any errors before printing the full order.

Please quality check the following items:

• ensure the quality of the print is acceptable: resolution, colors, etc.
• accuracy of any information: event dates, location, names, spelling, etc.

Our design team will send an email notification to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

Disclaimers:

     • We do not offer instant printing nor instant lamination services.

     • We will not accept orders that contain/request copyrighted images unless provided with permission/license from the creator. This includes, but is not limited to images from Google or Facebook.

     • Payment is required before we begin the order.

     • The Print Shop is not responsible for the quality of either material or production provided by the customer. Please ensure any photographs or artwork you submit is of a high resolution to both produce well and/or increase in size. Customers are responsible for the proofing of all products provided by the Print Shop when applicable or otherwise instructed.

     • Please be aware that the Print Shop is not liable for damage to materials after they leave our office. There is no warranty on printed materials.
