Civilian Personnel office manages the employment over 600 GS and Federal Wage employees for Minot AFB. We provide resource management, employee relations, and labor relations advisory services to commanders and supervisors of civilian employees. NAF Human Resources
The Human Resources office administers the Air Force non-appropriated fund civilian personnel program for the 5th Force Support Squadron’s activities. There are approximately 210 NAF employees filling positions in clerical, technical, and crafts and trades career fields. The Human Resources Office staff works closely with activity managers and supervisors to ensure all personnel support needs are met. Recruiting efforts include job/information fairs at pre-announced locations on and off base throughout the year and at Right Start briefing once a quarter.
