“Meditation is like a gym in which you develop the powerful mental muscles of calm and insight.”Join us at the McAdoo Fitness Center on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 1130-1230. We’ll be hosting professionals to help you meet your fitness goals! Only 10 seats are available, so sign up at the beginning of the month to secure your spot.
