The McAdoo Fitness Center is offering a strength and conditioning circuit style class that targets whole body! Tools utilized in this class include body weights, bands, bars, and other fitness items. All levels welcome! This class will take place on the Football Field or Basketball Court A, depending on the weather. FIP
