Come out for Aqua Fitness, a vigorous shallow water workout with high energy packed power. Class format also includes exercises to help you build muscle, endurance and stamina. Some benefits of Aqua Fitness include the chance for a high intensity workout while using the water to cushion and protect the joints, and facilitate high caloric burn.

Meet in indoor pool. Aqua shoes,  a towel, water bottle highly recommended, and be ready to have FUN! All levels welcome, do not need to know how to swim to participate.
