Commit to your fitness goals in 2023! We’ll help keep you accountable with our Biggest Loser/Gainer Competition at the McAdoo Fitness Center! The Biggest Loser is the person who loses the most pounds of body fat. The Biggest Gainer is the person who gains the most pounds of muscle.
Complete your initial weigh-in between 8AM – 4PM the week of January 3rd – 6th. Track your progress with monthly weigh-ins until the final weigh-in the week of June 26th – 30th!
