Biggest Loser/Gainer Competition Final Weigh-in Begins

Get your fitness goals set with the Biggest Loser/Gainer Competition from January 2nd through June 30th!

Members of this competition must complete initial, quad weekely, and final Body Weigh-ins at the Fitness Center.
Initial weigh-in: January 2nd – January 6th
Final weigh-in: June 26th – June 30th

Biggest Loser will be determined by body fat loss. Biggest Gainer will be determined by most gained muscle weight.
